Must-Have Experience:
US IT Recruitment 3+ Years
MSP/VMS Hiring Mandatory
State Government Client Hiring Mandatory
Robust knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 & FTE
Experience with VMS platforms like Fieldglass, CWS, Victor, DotStaff, Sense
Strong sourcing skills – LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Boolean/X-Ray
Candidate screening, submission, interview coordination & offer closure
Strong client, vendor & stakeholder management skills
