Looking for an experienced SAP EWM-MRO Consultant to support and lead warehouse management solutions for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) processes. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, AMS delivery, production support, enhancements, stakeholder management, and process optimization across EWM-integrated supply chain landscapes.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP EWM.
- Valuable understanding of MRO warehouse processes and spare parts management.
- Expertise in:
- Inbound & Outbound Processing
- Internal Warehouse Processes
- Physical Inventory
- Replenishment
- Handling Unit Management
- RF Framework
- Warehouse Monitor
- Batch & Serial Number Management
- Experience with EWM integration to SAP MM, PM/EAM, and S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of CIF, qRFC, IDoc monitoring and issue resolution.
- Experience in AMS support, incident management,
and enhancement delivery.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead SAP EWM-MRO support and enhancement activities.
- Analyze and resolve complex production incidents and business process issues.
- Support warehouse processes for maintenance spare parts and indirect materials.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Integration, MM, and PM teams.
- Perform RCA and drive preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure SLA adherence and compliance with delivery processes.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to SAP PM/EAM processes.
- Experience in manufacturing or asset-intensive industries.
- SAP EWM certification.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
