PR & Influencer Marketing Manager

Were looking for someone who knows the difference between "has followers" and "has influence."

Someone who can spot the right creator for the right brand, slide into inboxes without sounding like a template, build conversations that turn into campaigns, and make sure our restaurants are being talked about in the right rooms, feeds, stories, lists, and group chats.

This role sits at the intersection of PR, media, culture, creators, campaigns, and chaos, the valuable kind.

What youll do

- You’ll identify, build, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, tastemakers, media, KOLs, and culture shapers across cities.
- You’ll work on influencer-led campaigns for brand launches, menu drops, city moments, events, collaborations, festive campaigns, and everything in between.
- You’ll work closely with PR and influencer agencies, briefing them, guiding them, reviewing their lists, aligning on deliverables, and making sure the output actually feels like the brand.
- You’ll support press communication, media outreach, brand notes, press releases, listings, invites, digital communities, and editorial opportunities.
- You’ll track coverage, campaign performance, influencer deliverables,



content quality, and what actually moved the needle.

What we’re looking for

- Someone with experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, or brand communications, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, food, culture, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Someone who knows Instagram, creators, trends, media lists, launch calendars, and city scenes like second nature.
- Someone who can write a sharp brief, decode a media plan, negotiate a collaboration, manage agencies, and still remember which influencer is vegetarian.
- Someone who is organised enough to run multiple campaigns, but fun enough to understand why brands need personality.
- Someone who can be professional with journalists, warm with creators, friendly with agencies, and very calm on event day.
