Job description

Education:

BE/BTech / MTech in Civil Engineering; PG in Construction/Project Management is an added advantage

Experience:

15+years/ 18+ years in project management in relevant sector (Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality/

Healthcare/ Industrial) out of which at least 3 years as Project Head/ Project Manager for any project from start to

completion

Technical Knowledge

: Solid domain knowledge in civil / structural and overall exposure to MEPF and services

Software Skills: Knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project, MS Office, Exposure to Power BI/ Data Analytics tools

Soft Skills

Excellent leadership and team building capabilities

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Conflict resolution and managerial expertise

Agile, collaborative and customer centric approach

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Be the brand ambassador for TQ Cert, inculcating TATA Group core values in the team, promoting healthy work culture
- Overall responsibility for Project delivery as per the project goals and achieving client delight with a client centric approach
- Adopt safety first approach, inculcate safety culture in team, implement safety plans and protocols
- Define and implement project delivery strategies and project execution plan,

- Lead the team in planning, executing, tracking all functions of project management covering design management, procurement
- management, contract management, time cost management, quality and safety management, change management and risk
- management
- Prepare execution plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Provide technical guidance to the team, empower the team, foster collaboration and help in clearing of hindrances
- Ensure that, all works meet established quality standards through regular inspections and implementing quality control

- Serve as the primary liaison between all stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
