Inviting applications for Specialist- Account Payable
**Work location: Jodhpur (work from office)
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.
Responsibilities
- Supervising & keeping a tight control over the daily/monthly dashboard.
- Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal partners by writing Emails/taking calls (in English) with them. Resolve & work on critical issues and concerns.
- Have end to end Accounts Payable knowledge including account reconciliations.
- Resources having knowledge of T&E; process will be preferred.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- B.com/ M.com with proven experience in P2P T&E; & Account reconciliations
Preferred qualification
- Good oral & writing interpersonal skills
- Exposure on Oracle Financials is preferred
- Positive accounting knowledge & account reconciliations
- Proficient on MS Office
