These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Required Skills and Experience:
Required Skills Primary- Property & Casuality Insurance , US Insurance
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance P&C; domain with strong analytical skills.
- Proven expertise in rating calculations with the ability to compute premiums independently from scratch.
- Robust knowledge of rating circulars, rating tables, and rating algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in manual computations.
- Proficient in working with Excel or similar tools for manual rating exercises.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred
- Exposure to PAS (Policy Administration Systems) is a plus.
- Experience working with underwriting or actuarial teams is advantageous.
