Position: HR Intern

Work Location: Plot No-12 A, Sector 140, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304 Nearest Metro Station-Aqua Line Sector-83

Candidates should visit the premises except sunday between 09 am to 06 pm.

Responsibilities :

Hiring Experience of QSR, Restaurants, Kitchen staff's(Chefs / Commis), level positions. Responsibilities : -Sourcing potential candidates through Online channels, Networking, Social media, Field work, Internet search tools, Campus, Skill Centers & referrals. -Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. -Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details.



-Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers -Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates -Should have solid sourcing skills in field hiring, Campus hiring & Bulk hiring. -Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices -Closing the assigned positions within the specified TAT -Maintaining trackers, documents as per the process.
