Role & responsibilities

- Participate in invention disclosure meetings to understand and assess inventions.
- Conduct comprehensive patentability searches and prepare detailed reports.
- Present findings clearly through both verbal and written communication.
- Perform technology landscape studies to provide insights and identify gaps.
- Address IP-related queries from inventors and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

- Robust analytical skills to interpret search results and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with commercial patent databases (Derwent Innovation, Questel Orbit, PatSeer, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Registered Indian Patent Agent.
- Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering with strong domain expertise.
- 0-5 years of experience in conducting patentability searches in electrical engineering and related technologies.

Salary:

Rs.25,000/- upwards per month based on the experience
