Key Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Post Trade Operations.
- Manage the end-to-end trade confirmation lifecycle.
- Experience in Trade Confirmation and Matching processes.
- Experience in Securities Settlement and Settlement Instructions (SSI).
- Hands-on experience with Confirmation Drafting & Validation.
- Experience with FX, Money Markets, and Derivatives.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end trade confirmation lifecycle, including drafting, validation, matching, and completion of confirmations.
- Draft and send outbound confirmations and validate and match inbound confirmations against trade details and internal records.
- Handle post-trade activities across FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Equities, and Bonds.
- Review, interpret,



and apply incoming correspondence from business units related to security characteristics, trading rules, and requirements.
- Perform operational procedures related to new security setup, security maintenance, and updates to security master data.
- Process and maintain security characteristics, rules, and trading requirements accurately within applicable systems.
- Support Corporate Actions processing and ensure timely and accurate maintenance of related security information.
- Process and authorize Securities Settlement Instructions (SSI) and support timely securities settlement.
- Investigate and resolve confirmation, settlement, security data, and operational exceptions within defined SLAs.
- Prepare transparent and accurate written communications regarding security updates and post-trade activities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance and peer reviews of daily workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with business units, clients, brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade and security-related issues.
- Monitor daily workflows, identify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Provide cross-functional backup and operational support as required while ensuring adherence to procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
