- Receive purchase requirements from departments
- Identify and evaluate suppliers
- Build strong relationships with vendors
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines
- Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in handling vendors and negotiations preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 8 Months to 1 year of experience in procurement / purchasing / supply chain.
- Positive knowledge of EasySol software.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical product Purchase, batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP, schemes, and discounts.
