To manage the end-to-end contracting process for civil and finishing works by leading tendering, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract administration. The role is responsible for ensuring timely award and execution of contracts, mitigating contractual risks, supporting project delivery through effective stakeholder coordination, driving commercial compliance, and optimizing cost and contractual performance across projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end contracting process for civil and finishing packages.
- Prepare tender strategies, bid documents, and commercial evaluation reports.
- Lead techno-commercial evaluations and contractor negotiations.
- Finalize work orders, agreements, amendments, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure timely contract execution.
- Monitor contract compliance,
variations, claims, and change orders.
- Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
- Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain contract MIS, trackers, and management reports.
- Guide and mentor junior contract executives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in contracts management for civil and finishing works, preferably in the real estate, EPC, or construction industry.
