- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Provide consultancy services to clients on best practices in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
