Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the organization's finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, efficient financial reporting, and robust internal controls while partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters in coordination with senior management and external consultants.




- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Manage SAP FICO operations, ensuring data integrity, process optimization, and efficient financial reporting.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and fund planning.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Manage foreign currency transactions, forex accounting, and exchange risk monitoring.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for group entities.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial planning activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 510 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid expertise in financial accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, compliance, and consolidation of financial statements.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO and ERP-based accounting systems.
- Proven experience in treasury management, foreign currency accounting, and accounts receivable/payable management.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, and management presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.Role & responsibilities
