To support the Manager Stores in day-to-day store operations, material receipt and clearance, preparation of IMIR/MRICAR documentation, material issuing, and coordination with internal teams, NPCIL C&MM;, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Prepare IMIR and MRICAR for incoming materials for payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts and documentation.
- Follow up on pending IMIR/MRICAR approvals.
- Ensure timely submission and completion of required store documents.
2. Material Receipt & Clearance
- Support material clearance activities with NPCIL C&MM; for newly arrived materials.
- Coordinate with C&MM; for material receipt and inspection processes.
- Ensure materials are properly received, inspected, documented, and stored.
3. Store Operations
- Support day-to-day store activities.
- Issue materials to contractors as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate material loans from NPCIL.
- Plan and arrange manpower for unloading newly arrived materials.
- Ensure availability of required tools and tackles before material arrival.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate regularly with the site team for unloading and material handling activities.
- Coordinate with NPCIL C&MM; for material receipt and clearance.
- Coordinate with contractors for unloading and material handling requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure secure handling, unloading,
and storage of materials.
- Follow site safety procedures and applicable project requirements.
- Maintain zero-incident standards during material handling activities.
- Ensure compliance with established stores and material-handling procedures.

Key Competencies:
Educational Qualification:
- BCOM/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 04 to 06 years of relevant experience in Stores/Material Management.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Inventory and stock management.
- Store operations and material handling.
- Record keeping and documentation.
- Preparation and follow-up of IMIR/MRICAR.
- MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Material receipt, inspection, and clearance coordination.
