Key Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Market - Global Trading Operations.
- Experience in FX, Options, Rates, and Credit asset classes.
- Solid knowledge of Trade Capture and Trade Booking.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with Amendments, Novation, and Assignments.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end OTC derivatives trade lifecycle, including trade capture, trade booking, amendments, novations, assignments, and trade reconciliation.
- Support OTC derivatives across FX, Options, Rates, and Credit asset classes.
- Perform reported trade reconciliation accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor reconciliation feeds and exceptions, identify anomalies,



and escalate issues to management and technology teams.
- Analyse and investigate reconciliation exceptions, identify root causes, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Support MiFID activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with regulatory and bank requirements.
- Extract and analyse reports from trade repositories such as DTCC, UnaVista, and MDP for BAU and regulatory reporting activities.
- Assign and track ADOs (Action/Issue items) for trades with reconciliation exceptions and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare and validate Management Information (MI) reports in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to process documents, SOPs, controls, and regulatory requirements, including regular review and updates.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Compliance, Technology, and other stakeholders to resolve trade and reporting issues.
- Respond to internal and external queries related to trade processing, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
- Participate in projects, system changes, process enhancements, and automation initiatives impacting OTC Operations and Regulatory Reporting.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed with high accuracy, within SLA, and in compliance with established procedures.
