Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, doctors, distributors, and other healthcare institutions while achieving assigned sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market development.
- Promote and sell medical devices, equipment, and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with doctors, purchase managers, biomedical teams, distributors, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials at customer locations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate medical device solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up on leads,



enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and product deliveries.
- Coordinate product installation, training, demonstrations, and after-sales support.
- Attend hospital tenders, product evaluations, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales pipeline, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with distributors, service teams, logistics, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable medical device regulations.
- Experience in Medical Devices Industry in DELHI NCR (Private Hospitals). _
