Job Summary

The EUC Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related software. This role ensures smooth operations, security compliance, and optimal user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, iPads, and Mobile Devices
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, and standard enterprise applications
- Perform password resets, account unlocking, and basic Active Directory tasks
- Log, track, and resolve incidents service requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for hardware replacement and warranty support
- Maintain asset tagging, tracking, and inventory updates
- Provide remote and limited in office support as required
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and CSAT targets
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and escalation management

- Qualification: Any Graduate
