The role

We are looking for a Content Writer who can translate e-invoicing mandates, tax regulations and compliance models into clear, compelling content.

What you'll do

- Technical writing: Blogs, whitepapers, case studies, compliance explainers and one-pagers on country mandates, Peppol, clearance and reporting models, and our platform workflows. Country mandate guides, regulatory updates and industry insights.
- Social content: LinkedIn posts, carousels and announcement posts for the company's social channels.
- Repurposing & editing: Convert regulations, specification documents, webinar transcripts into structured articles, LinkedIn carousels and newsletter copy.
- Research: Track regulatory developments and industry conversations across tax authorities, accounting, ERP and compliance communities. Turn them into content angles.





What you'll bring

- Clear writer. You write in simple, explicit English, structure ideas well, and can simplify a tax regulation without misreading it or burying it in explanation.
- Organised and reliable. You manage your own work, hit deadlines, and do not need constant follow-up.
- Reader-first mindset. You think about who you are writing for and what they need to walk away with.
- Proactive learner. You read widely: tax authority updates, industry blogs, LinkedIn, competitor content, and you bring fresh references. You take constructive feedback and show up for revisions.

- Canva for carousels and simple visuals
- Basic comfort with SEO concepts (keywords, intent, meta, structure)

Interview process

1. Application review
2. Short writing assignment: an 800-word blog post draft on a given topic and brief
3. Final interview discussing the assignment
