Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall store presentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear/products.
- Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
- Handle billing and basic store documentation.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with store team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with active listening ability.
- Ability to confidently explain products and offers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good Hindi, English & Telugu communication will be an added advantage.
