Job Description

XGuruKul is a business education and coaching brand supporting UK-based entrepreneurs, largely first-generation Asian founders running cleaning agencies, food businesses, recruitment firms, and e-commerce stores, and many more businesses.

We're hiring a Business Coaching Associate to be the day-to-day point of contact for our clients. You won't be expected to invent business strategy; our frameworks and programmes already exist. Your job is to make sure clients actually use them and get results. Need to help clients build a structurally possible business.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new clients: introductory calls,



goal-setting, setting up their plan and tracker
- Run regular check-in calls to keep clients accountable to their agreed actions
- Deliver sessions and workshops using XGuruKul's existing frameworks and content
- Maintain client trackers, action plans and progress records, and attendance
- Prepare materials, worksheets and session notes ahead of senior coaching calls
- Flag clients who are stuck or disengaged so they can be escalated
- Support webinars and group programmes: reminders, moderation, follow-ups
- Handle client queries over WhatsApp, email and calls

Required

- 1+ year in client business development, edtech counselling, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent spoken and written English; you'll speak with UK-based clients daily
- Conversational Hindi/Hinglish/English
- Genuine interest in business and entrepreneurship
- Well organised, reliable with follow-ups, comfortable owning a client list
- Able to work UK hours from home with stable internet

Preferred

- Exposure to coaching, consulting, or edtech
- Experience with CRM tools
- Any background in running or supporting a small business
