Job Summary

The German Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and structured German language classes up to B2 certification level. The role requires strong command over the language, familiarity with international standards (Goethe, TELC), and the ability to prepare students for examinations, interviews, and real-world communication.

Responsibilities Classroom Teaching

- Conduct offline classroom sessions for A1 B2 levels (C1 would be good to have) following standardized curriculum and academy guidelines.
- Deliver lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare students for Goethe/ SD/TELC examinations with mock tests, practice papers, and exam strategies.
- Provide individualized attention to learners with varying proficiency levels.

Curriculum Lesson Planning
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, interactive activities, and real-life scenarios for effective learning.
- Update and enhance teaching materials for better student engagement.
- Maintain academic discipline and ensure timely completion of syllabi.

Student Assessment Progress Tracking
- Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and oral tests to evaluate student progress.
- Share feedback with students and parents, recommending improvement plans.
- Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and exam readiness tracking.

Classroom Management
- Ensure a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment.

Coordination Reporting

- Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification in German language (BA/MA in German preferred).

Required Skills Qualifications

- Prior experience in an education academy / training institute is an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot / Odoo / Zoho).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
