Looking for Service Engineer(Technician)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
Diploma candidates ( DME/ DEE
Positive communication (verbal/written).
1. Attend AMC, CAMC, and breakdown calls, and complete the task within the timeframe. Closure of all the complaints alongwith the detailed service report.
2. Generate enquiries for spares, service and VAP products.
3. Coordinate with the team to identify and proper resolution of the call.
4. Commissioning of new chiller
5. Achieve spare target and service business
6. Payment follow up to get our dues
7. Training to customers and operators
8. Arranging suitable vendors, contractor for chiller erection, shut down job , if required
9. Proper handing over of sites, enquiries for value added products
10. Technical support/ solutions to the customers and bulid the good rappo with the team
11. Increase customer satisfaction level to get the future business
12. Collection of C- forms, TDS and other certificates as and when required.
More work involves troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of chillers & not operation and maintenance.
