SAP BW/HANA Engineer

Location: Pimpri, Pune (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Candidates serving notice or willing to resign after selection are preferred)

Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/HANA Engineer to design, develop, and support SAP BW on HANA and Native HANA solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SAP BW modeling, Native HANA development, data flow design, reporting, and performance optimization while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop technical solutions on SAP BW on HANA and Native HANA platforms.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data flows using BW and Native HANA.
- Build and maintain reports using SAP Analysis for Office.
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot BW/HANA data flows and provisioning issues.
- Optimize data quality and performance of BW/HANA solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Review and guide junior developers on technical implementations and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Required Skills





- 8-10 years of experience in SAP BW and Native HANA development.
- Strong expertise in SAP BW HANA Modeling (InfoProviders, Data Transformations).
- Hands-on experience with Native HANA development, including HANA Views and SDI Flows.
- Experience with SAP Analysis for Office and BEx Analyzer Queries.
- Good understanding of ABAP for debugging and analysis.
- Experience in BW configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of data flow analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and quality assurance.
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and capable of working independently as well as within global teams.
