Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the organisation’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent across business functions. The role will lead strategic hiring, stakeholder management, employer branding, recruitment operations, and talent pipeline development while continuously improving hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid-management, senior-management and critical business positions.
- Partner closely with Business Heads, Functional Heads and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future critical positions.
- Lead recruitment through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants and other talent channels.
- Manage and develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Drive bulk hiring / volume recruitment initiatives wherever required.
- Own recruitment TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer-to-joining ratio and other TA metrics.
- Strengthen the organisation’s employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Leverage recruitment technology, ATS, analytics and digital sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.
- Conduct regular market mapping and talent intelligence exercises for critical positions.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting clear performance objectives and reviewing productivity.




- Prepare and present Talent Acquisition dashboards, MIS and hiring reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, policies, assessment methods and sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organisational recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 10–15 years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with significant experience managing teams and stakeholder-driven hiring.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Prior experience in a large corporate / high-growth organisation will be preferred.
- Strong exposure to direct sourcing, leadership hiring, recruitment analytics and agency management.
