- Minimum 4 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 production environments.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, FIN, and/or ELM applications.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tuxedo
- WebLogic
- Application Server
- Process Scheduler
- PeopleSoft Web Server
- Integration Broker
- Experience working with UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with PeopleSoft installation and configuration.
- Experience with middleware and database installation/configuration.
- Hands-on experience with PUM and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Experience applying PeopleTools, Tuxedo, WebLogic, and critical security patches.
- Strong understanding of Integration Broker Gateway, Nodes, and troubleshooting.
- Experience developing or maintaining monitoring scripts for PeopleSoft environments.
- Experience with OpenSearch installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SMTP configuration and administration.
- Solid troubleshooting and production support capabilities.
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft performance monitoring and tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues involving network, operating system, software, and hardware.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.62.
- Experience managing multiple PeopleSoft versions and environments.
- Experience in enterprise multi-instance hosting environments.
- Experience supporting externally integrated PeopleSoft systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and log-management solutions.
- Scripting experience for PeopleSoft administration and infrastructure monitoring.
- Experience working in ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management environments.
