Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new B2B and corporate business.
- Identify and target corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals, institutions, HORECA and other potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, field visits and digital channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure and onboarding.
- Present and demonstrate the companys food, beverage and vending solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business development targets.
- Develop new accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with operations, service and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare regular MIS reports and provide market feedback to management.




- Monitor competitors, market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 37 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in F&B;, FMCG, HORECA, vending solutions, corporate catering or related industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Should have the ability to independently handle corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Existing corporate/HORECA client network will be an added advantage.
- Robust business acumen with a target-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
