We work with professionals across industries, from experienced professionals to senior executives and C-suite leaders.

The Role HR Associate -(Reverse Recruitment)

As an HR Associate (Reverse Recruitment), youll be responsible for finding the right opportunities for our clients in the market and turning those opportunities into meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client profiles, career goals, experience and preferences to build a focused job search strategy.
- Research and identify target companies, industries and relevant roles aligned with the client's profile and career objectives.
- Proactively reach out to recruiters, hiring managers and relevant decision-makers to explore potential opportunities on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate closely with clients throughout the process, keeping them updated on outreach, responses, opportunities and next steps.

Freshers are also welcome to apply. Prior recruitment experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided.

Work Schedule & Environment :

- Day shift
- 5 days working
- 10 AM to 7 PM
- Growth focused startup environment
