Managed Wi-Fi Services Technical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Managed Wi-Fi Services Engineer responsible for deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and ongoing support of enterprise Wi-Fi and network infrastructure for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, deploy and troubleshoot Enterprise Wi-Fi / WLAN networks.
- Handle installation and configuration of Access Points, WLAN Controllers, Hotspot Gateways and Switches.
- Perform Wi-Fi site surveys, RF planning, network planning and implementation.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 remote and on-site technical support for Wi-Fi-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot AP, controller, switching, VLAN, DHCP, NAT and LAN/WAN-related issues.

Technical Skills Required





- Strong hands-on experience in Managed Wi-Fi / Enterprise WLAN.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT and routing/switching.
- Experience with Wi-Fi solutions from Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco/Meraki, HP, D-Link, TP-Link or similar.
- Experience with WLAN Controllers and Hotspot/Captive Portal solutions.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi troubleshooting, RF concepts and site surveys.

Preferred Profile

- 510 years of experience in Wi-Fi / Network / Managed Services.
- Experience in ISP, Telecom, Hospitality, Enterprise or IT Infrastructure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with both remote support and field/site visits.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 managed-services environment when required.
