- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in hospitality industry standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and create customized training plans to address them.
- Manage the entire process of planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating trainings from start to finish.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure seamless integration of trained employees into daily operations.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in learning & development or a related field.
- Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping services.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective process training programs using TTT (Train the Trainer) methodology.
