We are hiring MEWP / AWP Operators as per global safety and operational standards, with immediate requirements in:

South India Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala
Noida / NCR
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th / 12th / ITI Passed
- 18+ years of age
- Valid LMV Driving Licence preferred/mandatory as per site requirement
- Freshers can apply
- Willingness to work at industrial, construction and project sites
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
Fresher Training & Employment
- Free 3-Day IPAF Training for eligible freshers
- Training provided before deployment
- Paid salary after joining/deployment
- Full-time employment with fixed monthly salary
- No prior MEWP/AWP operating experience required for eligible freshers
- Opportunity to develop internationally recognized equipment-operation skills
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely operate MEWP/AWP equipment as per authorized procedures.
- Follow global safety standards and site-specific SOPs.
- Conduct pre-start equipment inspections and report defects.
- Maintain protected working practices while operating at height.
- Follow PPE, toolbox-talk and work-permit requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and ground personnel.
- Maintain basic operational records and report incidents immediately.
