We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager Agency / APC Channel with a leading MNC Life Insurance Company.

Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to 16 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch business and achieve sales targets through the APC Channel.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage Agency Partners, Business Associates, and frontline sales teams.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to maximize productivity and business growth.
- Drive customer acquisition and generate quality business through effective relationship management.
- Ensure branch profitability, persistency, and renewal premium collection.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, field visits, and joint calls with team members.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, advisors, and local business networks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve overall branch objectives.
