Job Summary We are looking for an experienced BI Lead / Project Manager to lead Business Intelligence and enterprise application projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end BI projects from planning to delivery.

Handle project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams including BI Developers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.

Drive reporting, dashboard, analytics, and data-driven initiatives.

Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Lead / Project Management.

Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Reporting, and Analytics.

Hands-on knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Oracle BI.

Solid SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or SQL Server knowledge.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.

Strong stakeholder, team, risk, and budget management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

ERP domain experience is a plus.
