Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring a sterile environment and maintaining patient safety.
- Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning, disinfecting, and positioning them on the operating table.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures performed, including medications administered and supplies used.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience as an Orthopedic Scrub Nurse or Operation Theatre Technician (OTT).
- Robust knowledge of arthroscopy, orthopedics, trauma surgery, and surgical techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
