Position Summary:

The Senior Manager Project Execution is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role involves leading project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, managing risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Team Management: Build and lead high-performing project teams, providing guidance,

mentorship, and performance management.

- Project Review: Thoroughly review and compliance of all boq , drawings, contract, approved make list & tender documents, etc.
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive risk management strategies are implemented.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost- effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements,



conducting regular reviews and audits.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
- Documents - Ensuring documented handover of all completed projects to FM team, complying with HOTO Signoff process along with all warranty certificates, service, test reports and all other deliverables mentioned in the document upon project completion.
- Bill Closure: Ensuring timely sign-off measurement and timely closure of GRN, bills &POs.;
- New Identification: Bringing up and implementing ideas/insights that result in cost savings of Project Capex, in alignment with the Design team, without compromising Quality & Safety.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools (Autocad)
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
