Role :

Manager - Statutory & Tax Audit

Minimum 5+yrs of exp Post CA Qualification in Statutory & Tax Audit - with manager on paper for 1+yr

Responsibility :

- Lead a team of 4-5 interns, allocate tasks and oversee audit engagements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Plan, execute and monitor statutory audits and tax audits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Independently Manage and execute Statutory &Tax; Audits and ITR filings for mid to Large size clients.

- Review audit working papers, financial statements and tax computations to ensure completeness and correctness.

- Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines,



resolving bottlenecks and maintaining coordination with clients.

- Identify audits risks, suggest process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices in audit methodology.

- Coordinate with clients for audit requirement, address their queries, and provide value added recommendations.

- Mentor and train team members, review their work and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Ideal candidate should be able to independently manage and execute Statutory & Tax Audits and ITR filings for listed entities.
