Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand business operations across overseas Market
- Develop and implement market entry strategies for sports products in the region
- Build relationships with distributors, partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes
- Ensure compliance with trade agreements and local regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in international business management
- Knowledge of Overseas markets and trade regulations
- Solid communication and negotiation skills

Ability to travel frequently
