Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester(Automation) with 01 year of experience to join our software testing team.

The candidate should have a positive understanding of manual testing concepts along with hands-on knowledge of automation and performance testing tools such as Playwright, Katalon Studio, and Jmeter.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new technologies, understand business requirements, identify defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and retesting activities.
- Identify, document, track and verify defects using defect management tools.




- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or Katalon Studio.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test execution results.
- Perform basic API testing and validate request/response data where required.
- Create and execute basic performance/load test scenarios using JMeter.
- Participate in test planning, test execution, defect triage, and release activities.
- Maintain automation scripts and update them based on application changes.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and other QA team members to resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Continuously learn and implement better testing and automation practices.
