Essential Qualification/ Experience-: For Field Worker: 12th pass with 2 years of experience in field work/community engagement OR PG in relevant subject/field. For Research Nurse: Three-yearGeneralNursing and Midwife (GNM) course
Desirable-:
- Experience in household surveys, community-based research, or public health field activities.
- Experience in participant enrolment, informed consent, and biological sample collection/transportation, wherever applicable.
- Familiarity with electronic data collection tools (e.g., tablets/mobile applications, REDCap, ODK, Epicollect or similar platforms).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills with community engagement experience.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in rural and field settings.
Role & responsibility-: For Field Worker
- Conduct household visits and communitybased data collection. •Assist in participant enrolment and informed consent procedures.
- Collect field data and biological specimens, wherever applicable.
- Facilitate community engagement and follow-up visits.
- Maintain field records and assist in logisticsfor research activities. For Project Nurse
- Conduct participant screening, enrolment and informed consent.
- Perform clinical assessments and biologicalsample collection.
- Assist in implementation of clinical and community-based research protocols.
- Maintain participant records and study documentation. •Coordinate participant followup and support research activities
Consolidated Emolument-: 20,000 + HRA as admissible
