JD Banking and Finance.
The Finance AM/DM will lead the companys efforts in managing fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities. With primary focus will be on the execution and monitoring of Bill Discounting (including TReDS platforms if any) and Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)/ Cash Credit (CC)/ Over Draft (OD) to ensure seamless cash flow for operations. You will be responsible for building robust Financial Models to forecast liquidity and preparing the CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) Data required by banks for credit appraisal and annual renewals and serve as the principal liaison between the company and banking institutions to manage debt obligations and regulatory compliance.
Credit Facility Management:
Execute end-to-end Bill Discounting through bank channels or TReDS platforms and coordinating with Accounts department for posting.
Manage the drawdown, repayment, and rollover of Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL) / CC based on temporary funding gaps.
Oversee the disbursement process for long-term loans, ensure timely EMI/interest payments, and track compliance with debt covenants.
Calculate and monitor Drawing Power (DP) based on stock and debtor statements for various banking limits.
Financial Modelling & Forecasting:
Develop and maintain complex three-statement financial models (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to project future performance.
Perform Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis to test how changes in sales, margins, or interest rates impact debt-servicing capacity.
Automate monthly cash flow forecasting to identify funding gaps for WCDL drawdowns.
CMA Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive CMA Data for current loan applications and annual facility renewals, ensuring accuracy against audited financials.
Calculate critical banking metrics, including Maximum Permissible Bank Finance (MPBF) and Drawing Power (DP).
Analyse and justify Financial Ratios (Current Ratio, DSCR, TOL/TNW) to meet internal banking norms.
Banking & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for banks and financial institutions for loan servicing, liquidations, and NOC issuances.
Negotiate favourable interest rates (MCLR/Repo-based) and terms for short-term and long-term financing.
Financial Monitoring & Compliance:
Prepare and submit quarterly compliance reports, such as MSOD (Monthly Selection of Operational Data) and UFCE (Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Advanced Excel.
Familiarity with banking software, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and trade finance platforms like TReDS.
Other Related Activities:

Experience
5+ years in corporate finance with a proven track record of handling bank credit appraisals

CA/ MBA (Finance)/ B. Com (P/H)
