Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional with experience in process improvement, project coordination, governance, and HR operations. The role will focus on improving HR processes, tracking projects, preparing reports, and coordinating with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain HR process documents, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Support governance meetings, leadership reviews, and reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize HR processes.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.




- Coordinate employee engagement, learning, and capability-building activities.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

Required Experience

- 48 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, Consulting, or Operations Excellence.
- Experience in process mapping, process improvement, project coordination, and governance.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Robust communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualification

- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
