Role purpose:

This is the standard project management professional role within the DMaaS department, responsible to deliver a mix of PM activities coordination (project phases in the end-to-end lifecycle) and low complexity projects that impact various network platforms, in one of the following network domains: Mobile and Fixed Access, Voice and Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission and IP Transport, Network OSS, and Network Cloud Engineering. The role delivers PM services driven by VOIS customers across Vodafones European markets, as well as Vodafone Group stakeholders.

In this role, its expected to focus more on the coordination of PM activities that are part of end-to-end projects, and to manage the implementation phase of projects with standard complexity, according to the priorities from our VOIS customers and business needs. All these activities are delivered as part of PM services portfolio (P*Q) while applying the NSE end-to-end delivery framework for projects and subsequent project-phases.

This role requires general technical background, especially in the network domain where PM services are delivered, good skills of stakeholders management and reporting to different management layers.

Key accountabilities:

• Coordinates PM activities with impact in projects or programs managed by other colleagues and have an important contribution to DMaaS team portfolio (P*Q).



Follow the working procedures as defined by VOIS customers, to ensure no delays in the end-to-end projects delivered by colleagues.

• Manages the implementation phases of projects with standard complexity, including coordination of design and development, testing, acceptance with transition to operations, as part of PM services team portfolio (P*Q) and per assignment from DMaaS team leader and VOIS customers priorities.

• Ensures project management deliverables are in alignment with the NSE end-to-end delivery framework and the priorities set by our VOIS customers: Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Types of projects handled: coordinate recurrent activities for projects or sub phases of projects, and as well low-complexity projects. Experience with Project management activities in telecommunications (preferable up to 1 year in the networks domain). • Customer/Stakeholder Engagement Level: Ability to communicate transparent, simple and to engage with the internal team colleagues and direct stakeholders from projects. • Leadership behaviours: Executes tasks under guidance; Follows and supports team initiatives. Ability to work within virtual teams, across different organizations and countries • Communication and presentation: Fluent English and very good written and spoken skills
