Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and initiate tool maintenance activities as per the preventive maintenance schedule.

Coordinate with Line Leaders and assign Tool Makers to attend press-related tooling issues.

Raise purchase requests for consumables and spares to maintain required critical spare levels.

Update and maintain the tool status board in the Tool Maintenance Department.





Follow up on DMR and coordinate/execute required tool repair activities.

Record maintenance completion time and update the DMR accordingly.

Attend tool trials after loading the tool and ensure part quality and trial results are properly documented.

Maintain 5S standards in the designated work area.

Coordinate and contribute towards achieving individual and departmental KPIs.

Support other tooling and maintenance activities as assigned by the management.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tool Room / Tool Maintenance / Press Tool Maintenance / Tool & Die environments are preferred.
