Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai on a contract basis to support ongoing and priority hiring needs across technology roles. In this role, you will focus on delivering strong execution across the full recruitment lifecycle, helping the team build pipelines, move searches quickly, and close roles efficiently in support of a rapidly growing business. Your contribution will be critical in providing immediate recruiting bandwidth and ensuring a smooth and responsive hiring process.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer coordination and closure.
- Partner closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to support active hiring plans and deliver against business priorities.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies, including market mapping, networking, database mining, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and near-term technical hiring needs.
- Drive interview coordination, candidate engagement, and follow-up with speed and accuracy to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Share relevant market insights and candidate trends to support hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Facilities to support a seamless hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide regular hiring updates to the team.

What you ve done





- Built 7-10 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Developed solid sourcing capability and talent pipeline management for technical positions.
- Gained hands-on experience using MS Office applications and an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Jobvite, along with strong internet search and sourcing skills.
- Shown the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
