- 8+ years in Microsoft 365 ecosystem delivery
- Copilot Studio hands-on experience with shipped implementations, not just familiarity
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) at a lead level
- M365 tenant administration and governance experience
- Specific experience with E3 licensing; client runs on E3 and this is a firm requirement
- MCP connector development or configuration experience
- Ability to advise on license boundaries what Copilot features require E5 or add-ons
