Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Board of Directors / Promoters

Fixed Compensation: 1.00 Crore CTC (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

Qualifications & Profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 18–22+ years in civil engineering/infrastructure, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role (DGM/JGM/VP level) handling site execution and operations.
- Domain Focus: Deep expertise in asphalt paving, airfield runway maintenance, micro-surfacing, and heavy equipment operations.

Executive Summary

Our client is an unlisted civil infrastructure leader specializing in airport runways, taxiways, highway micro-surfacing, and pavement maintenance. The CEO will manage daily site execution, client tendering, and operational cash flow,



driving business performance toward targeted profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

- P&L; & Cash Flow Management: Direct daily operations to maintain EBITDA margins (12%–14%) and enforce strict working capital discipline to keep Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) under 75 days.
- Project Delivery: Oversee civil infrastructure execution across active sites (runways, taxiways, aprons, and highway overlays) with strict safety and quality compliance.
- Order Book Expansion: Drive business development and bidding with public authorities (AAI, MES, State Road Corporations) and private airport developers (Adani, GMR).
- OEM & Technology Partnerships: Manage international strategic alliances, including exclusive representations for GATIC surface drainage systems and Rayner Equipment Systems.
- Asset Utilization: Ensure high uptime and productivity of capital assets, including ready-mix concrete plants, batch-type hot mix plants, and paver fleets.
