Nippon Koei is looking for Bid Process & Contract Management Expert for upcoming Olympic stadium at Ahmedabad

1. Strong hands-on experience in FIDIC contracts.
2. Experience in contracts administration, claims, variations, EOT, payment certification and contractual correspondence.
3. Ability to independently manage contractual matters for a large infrastructure/construction project.
4. Positive project management understanding, not just commercial/contracts exposure.
5. Strong experience in client/PMC/government authority meetings and ability to represent the contractor confidently.
6. Experience handling tenders/bid processes and government clients/projects will be an added advantage.
7. Ideally, exposure to at least 35 major infrastructure/civil projects.
8. Strong expertise in Procurement, Contract Management, and PMC/Construction Supervision
9. Support construction supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution.
10. Work closely with the Project Director and Client to ensure successful project deliver
11. Experience in Stadiums, Metro, Rail, Airports, Highways, or Urban Infrastructure preferred
