We are hiring for Customer Service Associates for a US International voice project who can communicate confidently in English, investigate service issues and take ownership until closure.

What you will do

- Handle inbound and outbound English communication with caregivers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve missed-punch, timecard, attendance and payroll-impacting queries.
- Check records, coordinate with Operations/Scheduling/Branch/Payroll teams and provide clear
updates.
- Document cases accurately, follow escalation steps and close work within service timelines.

Who should apply

- Candidates with voice-based BPO, contact-centre or customer-service experience.




- One year is preferred; solid profiles with 6-8 months will also be reviewed.
- International voice is preferred. Strong domestic-voice candidates may be considered after an
English communication screen.
- Excellent spoken/written English, listening, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Pune work from office, rotational shifts and joining within 15-30 days.

Compensation and process

- CTC: 4-6 LPA;
- Only walkin interviews.
- Rounds: HR followed by Team Lead/Operations. A quick decision is expected, subject to final client
approval.
- Exact venue and reporting time will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
