Job Summary

Overview: The job profile is for a senior person preferably retired recently from Senior Level of any government or public sector organisations. Should be an Electrical Engineer with good exposure to working of various government bodies on standards / policies / regulations (e.g. Bureau of Energy Efficiency BEE, Bureau of Indian Standards BIS, Central Electricity Authority CEA, Ministry of Power, Ministry of New Renewable Energy and ministries like Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Commerce, DGFT, Ministry of Consumer Affairs etc). Can help set up meetings for ICA India program managers within Central / State Government level. Should be comfortable in dealing with senior government officials. Ability to build and maintain relationship through active networking is highly desired. Ability to meet and solicit support from multilateral funding agencies will be an asset to the organisation. Should have the ability to lead discussions, make convincing presentations to help build arguments favouring ICA working in India and help in carrying forward the key messaging of ICA vision, mission and goals. Should be comfortable in organising events like workshops, seminars, exhibitions preferably in Delhi and if required outside Delhi too. He should be able to develop partnerships with the copper value chain comprising of manufacturers, consultants, builders/contractors and other stake holders to implement activities of mutual benefit. He will also work as the administrative head for the Delhi office of ICA India.



He will be responsible for working with Head Administration to arrange for logistics and all necessary support as and when required for visiting officers of ICA India. Job location is Delhi and will involve some amount of travelling in India.
