Experience: 3-5 years (Manufacturing Engineering experience only)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize assembly manufacturing processes.
- Perform line balancing, capacity planning, and layout planning.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
- Conduct APQP, PFMEA, process validation, and risk assessments.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA actions.
- Support automation projects, SPM implementation, and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
