Accounts/Finance Knowledge Experienced (E) Not mandatory, but an advantage
Written & Oral Communication Experienced (E) Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

- - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in loan documentation review, and loan booking regulated by North American banking federal.
Role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely onboarding, funding, and maintenance of complex commercial loan products in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Review and interpret loan documentation to accurately onboard commercial loans.
Book loans into systems such as ACBS, Loan IQ, or AFS, ensuring data integrity.
Coordinate funding and disbursement in line with credit approvals and conditions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML,



OFAC, etc.).
Liaise with legal, credit, and relationship managers to resolve booking issues.
Monitor covenants, collateral, and loan structures (term, revolver, CRE, etc.).
Validate loan data for completeness, accuracy, and policy adherence.
Support internal audits, reporting, and quality control processes.
Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Participate in system testing, upgrades, and documentation enhancement.
Robust knowledge of commercial lending products, systems, and compliance rules.
Track all pending/outstanding loan servicing request with specific timeline
Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA.
Identify process improvement ideas and increase the process efficiency
Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive actions.
Adhere to the processing guidelines and meet the accuracy targets set by the team lead
Flexible to work in any shift based on business needs
